Nerazio is a press release writing and media distribution service, based in Morocco, serving clients internationally. We help businesses get their news published on third-party news and media websites.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using the Site, you confirm you meet these requirements and that you are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate business or in your own lawful capacity.

3. Our Services

Nerazio offers press release writing, editing, and distribution to third-party news outlets and media publications, along with related add-ons (e.g., "as seen on" style features, guaranteed publication counts, or premium outlet placement, depending on the plan purchased).

Important — publication is via third parties: We distribute content to independent news outlets and publishers that we do not own or control. While we work to secure the placements described in your chosen plan, actual publication, timing, exact wording used by the outlet, and how long content stays live are ultimately determined by those third-party publishers. We are not responsible for a publisher's decision to edit, delay, remove, or decline content after submission, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues where possible.

Editorial standards: All submitted content must comply with the editorial guidelines of the outlets we distribute to. We reserve the right to edit, reject, or request changes to content that is defamatory, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, or does not meet standard journalistic/editorial requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nerazio.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Because our Services involve work performed promptly after purchase (writing and submitting content to publishers), refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order:

Subscription plans (if applicable) can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

7. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes

Nerazio provides media distribution services, not guarantees of business results. We do not promise increases in sales, traffic, SEO rankings, investor interest, or any other business outcome as a result of using our Services. Any testimonials, case studies, or examples shown on our Site reflect individual results and are not a guarantee of similar outcomes for you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nerazio and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or gross negligence).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent/illegal activity. You may stop using the Services at any time; outstanding payment obligations for completed or in-progress work remain due.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
